The drilling rig/impactor industry is a fundamental and strategic industry in China's national economy. China's accession to the WTO has provided the industry with broader development space and opportunities, but at the same time, it has also brought unprecedented tests and challenges. Standing at a historical milestone of ten years, it is urgent and imperative for the drilling rig/impactor industry to accelerate the pace of transformation and upgrading, improve independent innovation capabilities, enhance core competitiveness, improve the level of opening up to the outside world, and seize the strategic high ground of international competition.
